In 2008, my partner and I purchased an old stone house in a fertile forest in the very beautiful hills of Piemonte Italy.
In the following years, we witnessed the beauty and power of nature in our little valley and made a commitment to minimise our environmental footprint.
Minimalism means intentionally living with less. It means rejecting consumerism. It means freedom.
In 2014, we made a purchase which was to enable us to have minimalist holidays in Australia. We bought a mini-bus converted into a motorhome in Queensland and spend our holidays travelling Australia in a minimalist way.
Since discovering how freeing minimalism is, I have become a staunch advocate for its merits and hope that I can transfer this passion to you through my writing.
This blog covers our lives in Italy...
