The extended predator-proof coop

We didn’t quite get the extended predator-proof coop finished before we left for Aosta.

In the end, we had to stuff chicken wire into several difficult gaps and use wire to attach a makeshift door.

But our efforts were rewarded and when we returned after 3 days at Aosta we find our chickens alive and well…and 7 eggs in the nesting box!
